will need to pay the total airfare within
3 days after receiving your reservation
confirmation. If
your payment due day is on a Saturday, Sunday or
national holiday, please pay one day in advance.

Ticket
Issuance and Delivery |

Your
ticket will be
issued within 14
days prior to your departure. For
an extra 500yen
your ticket can be delivered
to you directly. Please let us know if you require
this service. |

4.

Cancellation
or Changing Reservation Details |

If you need
to cancel or change your flight details less
than 14 days prior to your departure date,
a fee will occur. |

If you request
ticket issuance more than 14 days prior to
your departure date and cancel, the standard
cancellation fee will occur. |

| Please
advise us if you need to cancel or change
your reservation details more than 15 days
prior to your departure to avoid any cancellation
fees. |

Season Exceptions |

Peak
seasons are between December 20 - January 7, April
27 - May 6, and July 20 - August 31. |

If
your departure date is one of the above, you will
need to pay the total amount 30
days prior to your departure date.
The cancellation fee of
10,000yen
will occur between 30 days
- 15 days prior to your departure date no matter
your ticket is issued. |

Some airline companies
have their own cancellation policies. You will be
notified if a different cancellation policy applies. |

Subsequent to
your ticket issuance, certain air companies cannot
refund (eg. Air companies via South Korea and The
